Williams Sonoma had a tired and lifeless loyalty program. The opportunity was to rebuild and connect the program to a new series of CapitalOne VISA cards. The customer benefit was that the new program would let customers accrue and redeem points from all Williams Sonoma brands. We developed creative to encourage customers to shop at all seven brands, offering them the unique opportunity to develop their own distinct look. The promise came to life with the line "Seven Brands. One Style. Yours.". Internal audiences loved the message, and customers responded, breaking new card launch records and increasing rewards membership by 300%.
