Williams Sonoma had an outdated rewards program that was barely used. Several retail acquisitions and the upcoming launch of a new Visa card made it the perfect time for a rewards program upgrade. The program needed to be rebuilt from the ground up with a new name, identity, rewards tiers, and many other benefits, including cash back for Visa card members. In addition, all of this needed to be marketed to a large and loyal customer base across a family of retail brands that included Williams Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn, and Mark & Graham.
