MileagePlus is not just your average frequent flyer program. Year after year, MileagePlus is ranked #1 by J.D. Power, with over 100 million members. We uncovered an amazing insight: Members who focus on the rewards and not just the miles are more frequent flyers. That insight led to a brilliant line: Miles equal memories. Armed with this theme, we unleashed an integrated campaign that reminded travelers of a world of adventures that await and gave their miles new value. The result was a 12% increase in rewards travel and mileage redemption.
