In 2018, Ford began to reframe its business from automaker to mobility provider. Part of this reframing was launching the FordPass app, which integrates mobile technology with Ford vehicles. I led the creative team that designed the look and feel of the app as well as the overall brand identity for the new FordPass Rewards. The relaunch included a complete brand identity system, communications to dealers, and existing and new rewards program members. Since the launch, FordPass has evolved into a robust rewards program with over 4 million members and 100 percent dealer participation. More importantly, the work helped transform the rewards program from a nice customer bonus to a wholly integrated part of every Ford vehicle.
